This very talented young winemaker, son of a former horse breeder, decided by passion, to acquire a few acres of vines but perfectly located in an area out of Anjou appellation. Producing wines of France, he does not underestimate the work of the vine. Follower of a culture respectful of nature, he uses his knowledge to equine work part of his vines to the horse. Inveterate worker, he made ​​his passion a source of life. His wines are a pure expression of terroir, the hills north / south, fine limestone and above all a work in the vineyards to produce wines as forthcoming as rights, as crisp as subtle wines of great pleasure and who will accept a time some care. With 5 acres, Benoit is a very talented young man who will become one of the references in the Loire wines so it’s exciting and passionate. When he talks about wine, his eyes sparkle with happiness and it takes you in her passion. Its wines are true, pure and fresh, in his image.

Composed of 100% Grolleau grape, this wine was raised from 8 to 10 months in barrels. The soil is clay loam, almost perfect terroir for this varietal. The nose is required by a purity of fruit and a crisp immediately putting us in the special atmosphere of this wine. English candy, red fruit, cassis aromas as much pleasure and joy. On the palate, the side palatable, digestible and crispy Grolleau. Superb.
