Benoit Courault – Table Wine – The Casting – 2010
Composed of 100% Grolleau grape, this wine was raised from 8 to 10 months in barrels. The soil is clay loam, almost perfect terroir for this varietal. The nose is required by a purity of fruit and a crisp immediately putting us in the special atmosphere of this wine. English candy, red fruit, cassis aromas as much pleasure and joy. On the palate, the side palatable, digestible and crispy Grolleau. Superb.
